unbelievable!

i got this video clip in anemail the other day from pastor troy and i just today got around to viewing the clip until today and was inspired to say the least… what you see in the clip is a baseball player named Adam Bender who at the age of 1 hand his leg amputated but plays the game he loves with everything he has.

it inspired me because so many times we get caught up in thinking about the things we don’t have or “if i just had this i could do that” or “when i get that then…” and we forget to use the resources we do have to their fullest potential. this kid doesn’t even have 2 legs but as you’ll see in the video he uses what he does have to the fullest…

so today… let’s not think about what we don’t have and focus on how to use what we have to the max.

BTW… last night free chicken night… BIG SUCESS!!! 1,250 chicken sandwiches served, much fun had by all, and not a drop of rain. thanks to buck and brooke and the ormond chic-fil-a and props to all the calvary staff that worked so hard to make the night a success.
