frustration…

so this is my desk…

notice the computers both mac’s. left is my mac book pro, right is my iMac where i do my video editing and oh yea the pic was taken with an iPhone… so obviously i am a big fan of mac and their products. well, at least when they are working properly i’m a fan. my iMac has worked like a champ, never had a problem for as long as i’ve had it (like almost 2 years). my mac book pro on the other hand… has had a demon of a malfunctioning wireless card since i got it. i sent it to apple they “fixed it”… LIES!!!!! It’s still not working right… so i just got off the phone with apple care again and the guy tells me we’re going to have to wipe you computer clean and start over to make sure it’s not a software issue. how frustrating!!!!

and that got me thinking… i wonder how many times even our people that love our ministries leave frustrated because something we thought we “fixed” or something we thought was working right… wasn’t. sometimes we have to HONESTLY evaluate everything we do so that when people come in they experience no frustration and they can leave with a solid taste of God’s love and power in their mouth and not even a hint of frustration because something isn’t working like it should.

speaking of not working like it should… right on cue i just went to text my wife from my iPhone and the bug where the keyboard won’t show up reared it’s ugly head. NICE!! guess the update “to fix bugs” i ran on my phone last night was yet another… LIE!!!
